Deposit: A minimum deposit of 5% of the purchase price is required within 72 hours of all accepted offers. The bank draft or certified check must be made payable to "Charron Boissé Lévesque, Huissiers de justice en fidéicommis (in trust)"

Review Period: No offers will be accepted until 10 business days after the property has been officially listed on Centris.

Irrevocability: All submitted offers must remain open for acceptance for a period of seven (7) calendar days. Any offers that do not respect these timelines will be considered invalid.
